Ed Harrison is Corbanc's President and Chief Executive Officer and has worked since 1998 as a banker and broker and has over 22 years of commercial lending experience. Though a combination of strategic thinking and strong alliances throughout the professional communities in which he has worked, he has strengthened Corbanc's business development competencies and its record of success in helping launch clients projects supported by Corbanc Commercial.
Mr. Harrison has led several management teams to review over 100 proposed projects for precious metal exploration, extraction and processing. This included evaluation of gold properties in the Western United States, Alaska and Mexico. Also included negotiation for the operating, and mine reclamation permits form Local, State and Federal agencies.
He is also the founder of GREEN (Global Resources for Environmental Education in Nature), a humanitarian organization that helps create and fund environmental awareness and protection programs. GREEN currently provides funding to the National Tiger Sanctuary (https://nationaltigersanctuary.org/), an organization dedicated to protecting the survival of that threatened species. In 2007 NTS was acquired by Rivergleen Tiger Sanctuary. The combined forces of NTS and Rivergleen will save over 120 Bengal, Sumatran and Siberian Tigers.
Yen Chen brings over two decades of experience in real estate and finance industry. He is the lead arranger for Corbanc Commercial and works closely with clients and lending partners in the placement of the specialized projects. Graduating from UCLA and one of the founders of AKPsi, a Professional Business Fraternity, Mr. Chen's drive and ambition have helped many clients fulfill their dreams in funding their projects.
